Join us for a social run followed by guided saunagus at @Heat Space - a monthly moment to move, reset, and connect with the community.

Thursday April 9 at Heat Space, Finlandkaj 20, 5000 Odense

 

The flow

We meet at Heat Space, drop our things, and head out for a 5K run in social pace.
After the run, we move into the sauna for a guided gus session, followed by time to hang, cool down, and enjoy something cold.

 

Good to know

Please arrive on time - we start together
Bring running shoes, water, and swimwear/towel for the sauna
All levels are welcome - this is about showing up, not pace
