An optional visit would be Peles Castle in Sinaia. In the second day you will discover Rupea citadel - which is one of the oldest and best-conserved medieval sites in Romania, archaeological excavations showing the first signs of human settlements are dating from the Paleolithic and early Neolithic and Prejmer fortress - the largest fortified church in southeastern Europe.
