Gal Oya Safari and Vedda Safari Day Trip from Pasikuda/Kalkuda

Experience the unique sight of swimming elephants and engage with the indigenous communities from the comfort of your safari Jeep. The Gal Oya National Park safari stands out as one of the premier safari experiences in Sri Lanka. Witness the extraordinary spectacle of elephants using their trunks as snorkels as they traverse to the island, and interact with the indigenous Veda tribe residing within the park. Additionally, the park showcases a remarkable array of wildlife, including leopards, sloth bears, various bird species, and breathtaking natural landscapes. The safari lasts for four hours as it traverses the park.
