BERTH COFFEE, founded in 2017 in Tokyo’s Higashi Nihonbashi, began as a welcoming coffee stand inside the CITAN hostel, serving travelers and locals alike. Expanding in 2021, BERTH COFFEE ROASTERY Haru introduced in-house roasting, wholesale collaborations, and shared roasting services. With its third location in Minato Mirai, BERTH COFFEE continues to deepen and share coffee culture, blending expertise with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Roaster Ryo Sakuma, who joined in 2018 and became a roaster in 2022, helps craft the distinct flavors that define BERTH COFFEE’s journey.
