Stonyridge Larose 2017 CASE 750ml

The 2017 vintage was a good growing season on Waiheke Island, known for producing red Bordeaux varietals. While the conditions were cooler and drier than some years, the resulting wine is well-regarded.

Nose: Dark berries, spiced wood, and hints of licorice, with a complex and evolving bouquet.
Palate: A dense and powerful wine with a sweet, fruity core, and well-integrated oak. Some tasters have found it to be muscular and concentrated.
