We are giving you a opportunity to see the producing of "Soparnik", Croatian traditional food. Traditionally, the "Soparnik" is taken from the middle towards the edges. The guest of honor gets the first rhombus from the middle. It is served with a "bucara" of wine , which is placed in the middle of the steamer after cutting and taking 4 pieces. Also, "Soparnik" is on the UNESCO list of protected intangible heritage.
