We are providing 100% hand-on courses, every participant has an active role and everybody gets involved in the process - with guidance from our instructors. The group is broken into smaller teams. Each team has an own station, where they prepare a dish for everybody. This is, how the whole multi-course menu is set up. The recipes and ingredients are prepared at the stations, so everything runs smoothly. After the cooking, the whole group can sit down together, and enjoy the meals, they have prepared, taste some delicious wine, whilst listening to soft music.
