Sri Lanka has so much to offer visitors and I am keen to share the possibilities with anyone that wishes to join me! My name is Michael Sands. I have been practicing yoga for over 23 years. I am certified as an RYS 200 & 300 instructor. Teaching styles being restorative, hatha & vinyasa. "Uniting Music & Yoga" for myself I now have the idea of sharing this premise as an Experience Guide Yogi. I wish to show people that "Healthy Holidays" are possible! And that one can enjoy music, dance, visit temples and still make time for a daily wake-up session of meditation and yoga practice every morning! Guests for this tour must be 21 years of age.
