Grappa Berta Bric del Gaïenne comes from Muscat grape marc selected from the best manufacturers in the typical areas of Piemontese production.

The distillery, once in possession of the pomace, eliminates the grape seeds and starts them to be distilled by means of a discontinuous steam plant capable of extracting the highest possible aromatic concentration.

Color, amber tending to gold

Complex, subtle, and overwhelming with a great personality. Among the various multiple sensations perceived the clary sage, small forest fruits, grapefruit and vanilla stand out.
