With over 25 years of culinary experience, Gaby hails from a family of passionate home cooks, where she developed a diverse palate and a love for all things delicious. Her journey took her through Michelin-starred kitchens and lively local bars in Spain, ultimately leading her to open his brand in 2017—the first (and only) natural wine bar in Córdoba. Tucked away in the enchanting Plaza San Andrés, this hidden gem specialises in natural wines and local delicacies, inviting you to savor a truly unique culinary adventure.
