This premium Sekt is defined by its remarkable complexity. It is made from 100% 2009 Rüdesheimer Berg Roseneck grapes, grown in the steep vineyards of this region. The unique ground of quartz and slate rocks guarantee this Riesling shows fine facets of minerality. Vibrant aromas of ripe peaches and citrus fruits add depth to its fine mousse, making it a refined and invigorating sparkling wine with biscuity notes and an elegant age. The wine is a result of careful degorgement, which is done after enquiry. As of 2013, Solter owns the 1843 classified Gran Cru steep south site “Geisenheimer Rothenberg”. This wine is suitable for both women and men to enjoy.
