This sparkling Riesling shows fine facets of minerality, unique to the quartz and slate-rich vineyards the grapes were grown in. A high-quality Sekt, this wine has a complex aroma of peach and citrus fruit, as well as a remarkable freshness. Made from 100% Riesling grapes grown in the steep vineyards of Rüdesheimer Berg Roseneck, this wine undergoes first fermentation in steel tank, without the use of oak. Bottled on 4th July 2013, it has been aged on the lees for more than 42 months. With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol. and a residual sugar of 10.0 g/l, this wine also boasts an acidity of 8.6 g/l. Available in a 75cl size, this wine is suitable for both men and women.
