Shizuoka Matcha is our new ceremonial-grade matcha, made from carefully selected young first-flush green tea leaves grown in Shizuoka, central Japan—Japan’s largest and most historically significant tea-producing region. Shizuoka’s mild climate, pure mountain water, and mineral-rich volcanic soils create ideal conditions for producing an exceptionally balanced matcha.
