Based on using locally sourced produce, the Khmer cuisine has ample characteristics that share its gastronomical borders with its South-East Asian neighbours. Yet, once you’re had a spoon full of deliciousness, it is well understood that a unique foodie paradise lies wedged between Laos, Thailand and Vietnam.
