L'Excellence 2024 is a Provence rosé that lives up to its name. This is at the top of the range, without being flashy.

From the first approach, the pale salmon pink color sets the tone: elegance and precision.

On the nose, it is floral finesse, white peach, citrus zest, with a very classy mineral hint.

The palate is similar: a soft attack, a fluid texture, perfectly balanced between roundness and freshness. There's no heaviness; everything is in the restraint, in the fine grain.

The finish is long, delicate, with a slight return to orange blossom and citrus peel.
