Guided Trekking on Etna 3000 Meters

A valid alternative to the summit craters is the Etna excursion 3,000 meters. You go up by cable car up to 2,500 mt. From here begins the walk up to a lateral crater (Barbagallo at about 3000 meters). You will admire the recent lava flows (2021) until you reach the inside of a lava channel. We will visit an effusive mouth (eruption 2002) and from here we will descend along the sandstones to the montagnola from where we will observe the immense Valle del Bove, admiring, on fine days, one view that ranges from the Ionian coast to the interior of Sicily.
