Hot Smoked Honey and Thyme

Brined with salt and honey, then glazed with more honey and sprinkled with thyme.  Honey used is from local company, Swarming Sons.  This product is refined sugar-free. Actual weight will be within 50g of size ordered.

All products are shipped overnight with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery.  Freight is now charged by weight.  Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.
