Falmouth Food Tasting Tour with Cutural Highlights

Our journey starts with a drive into the heart of the city of Falmouth. Locals are known to "mek fashion" with whatever food is in season, so you'll get to sample a variety of dishes such as ackee (when in season) & saltfish, crab/lobster (when in season), Jamaican beef patties, chicken patties, coco bread and beef with red peas soup. Throughout the tour we will discuss the history of the food, it’s current relevance in our society and the ingredients and processes we use to cook. We’ll also make a stop at KFC to try the most popular American fast food hotspot that has been adopted by the Jamaican massive.
