Grown at 1450 m.a.s.l in Armenia, Quindío, this lot comes from Finca Maracay — an eight-hectare farm owned and cared for by Luz Helena. Over her 20 years of producing, Luz has refined her approach, focusing on producing exceptional specialty coffee through careful farm management and selective picking.
This thoughtful, carefully-produced coffee produces a comforting, moreish brew; dark, sticky sweetness (think caramel and toffee) with a juicy pear finish. The sort of coffee you'll be brewing a few times each morning.
