Salalah City Tour

Around half day departure h: 7.30am / return 1.30pm approx. Tour aimed at discovering the most important city of the Dhofar Governorate, land of legends that make you dream. Accompanied by an English speaking guide we will have the opportunity to enter and visit the Great Mosque with its minarets as well as an external view of the Sultan's palace. You will visit the Balid Museum where the history of the Sultanate of Oman, a museum next to a lagoon where you can admire cranes and herons, is told through plastic models and evocative images. It is said that the Queen of Sheba stayed here. You will then cross the plantations of coconuts, bananas, papaya and tamarind. There will be several shopping stops at bazaars, gold and silver markets and small traditional souks. Recommended clothing: comfortable and IMPORTANT shoes and / or long skirt and long sleeves for women.
