The pedalo® foot rockers are designed to train the stability of the foot and leg axis, coordination and balance. At the same time, regular training enhances proprioception, which plays an important role in restoring the body's balance during sports and daily activities, as well as in preventing falls. The rockers allow for linear horizontal movement (left-right) and rocking motion. The rockers are made from solid birch plywood and the surface is naturally varnished.
