Add extra resistance to your workout with Weight Wrist Bands. Made from silicone and stainless iron, the weight wrist bands are easily adjustable with velcro bands, ensuring the perfect fit. Easy to put on and take off, these weight bangles are ideal for adding resistance to your wrists or legs. The bands have an aim'n logo at front.

Weight: Each wrist band weighs 0,9 kg. For heavier weight, add extra weights (included) for a weight of 1,4 kg per wrist band.
