2016 Château Lanessan Magnum 1.5L Haut-Médoc - Bordeaux Red PC08

The Château Lanessan vineyard   has belonged to the Bouteiller family since the 18th century. Eight generations of this same family have thus succeeded one another there. Since 2020, the estate has been managed by a new team that has strengthened its long-standing partnership with the renowned Médoc oenologist Eric Boissenot. Château Lanessan now stands out among the finest wines of the Haut-Médoc .

Blend: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 5% Cab Franc, 10% Petit Verdot

Beautiful color intensity.

The nose is fruity with dominant cherry notes; the oak is subtle and well-integrated.

It's a very full-bodied wine, with tannins that are already very well-margined and give the wine good length on the palate.
