At the very beginning, the Gesha varietal was famed for their outstandingly delicate flavours, whether they underwent the classic washed or natural processing methods.

We have got our hands on a natural processed Gori Gesha from Gelena Abaya in the Yirgacheffe region. Grown by family-own farmers organized around the processing station, this gori gesha amazes us with its floral characteristics that are complimented by solid acidity due to being dried in whole cherry form under the sun.
