Special Sumo Event Schedule

Experience the power and ancient tradition of Sumo, Japan’s national sport with a hands-on Sumo training experience in Tokyo. You will step into the sacred ring (dohyo), put on a traditional mawashi (sumo belt), and learn authentic techniques directly from a professional athlete (Rikishi). Join in Sumo exercises and challenge a wrestler in the ring. Learn about the deep Shinto and Buddhist rituals behind every movement.
