Maalox Oral Suspension - Peppermint Flavour (250ml) Maalox Oral Suspension contains magnesium hydroxide and aluminium hydroxide, two antacid medicines that work together to relieve indigestion and dyspepsia. By neutralising excess stomach acid, this peppermint-flavoured suspension provides fast, effective relief from acid-related discomfort. Suitable for adults and children, it offers gentle, reliable symptom management when you need it most. Ingredients: Each 5ml of suspension contains 175mg of aluminium hydroxide and 200mg of magnesium hydroxide as the active ingredients. The other ingredients are: hydrochloric acid, citric acid monohydrate, peppermint oil, mannitol (E421), domiphen bromide, saccharin sodium, sorbitol liquid (E420), hydrogen peroxide and purified water. How to take? Adults take one or two 5ml spoonfuls 4 times a day, 20 minutes to an hour after meals and at bedtime.
