Warm/cold compresses can be used for cold and heat treatment. This versatile application makes them a good alternative to heating pads and ice packs. They remain flexible even at temperatures below -20°C and can be bent in all directions. All MoVeS® warm/cold compresses can be heated in the microwave or on the stovetop, or cooled in the freezer. They maintain temperature for about 30 minutes.
