Cable Car and City Tour in Taino Bay & Amber Cove

Our tour also includes a visit to the Macorix Rum Factory, with a 15-20 minute guided tour where you'll learn about the production process of the famous Dominican rum. We'll continue to a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the city and the cable car. You'll learn about Dominican gemstones, amber and larimar, and experience a cigar factory, where you can see how cigars are made and even make one yourself. We'll also visit Joaquín Gift Shop to purchase souvenirs. We'll end our tour at Paseo de Doña Blanca (Calle Rosa) and the famous Umbrella Street, perfect spots for photos and a visit to a small chocolate factory.
