We live in the space between categories - not wine, not beer, but a blend of ideas, techniques, and flavors inspired by multiple disciplines. Fermentation is our playground, and we’re constantly experimenting, questioning, and pushing the boundaries. We think of ourselves as Liquid Gastronomy from Copenhagen. Step into our blendery and you’ll see how it all happens - from slow fermentations and careful infusions, to giving by-products a new life, to blending everything into drinks that surprise you from the first sip. We’ll open bottles from our core range and our test-kitchen range, you may even get to try some rare, experimental blends you won’t see outside our doors. It’s not your standard tasting - it’s a window into how we think, create, and play with flavor.
