Our signature Nyonya Mee Siam is crafted with over 12 carefully selected spices and ingredients, and  slow cooked for hours to create a gravy that is bold, aromatic and deeply flavourful.  

Every bowl is a perfect balance of tangy, spicy and savoury notes, delivering an authentic taste that keeps customers coming back for more!

Standard Gravy contains dried shrimps, coconut milk and peanuts. 

(Vegetarian version is without dried shrimps and eggs; but contains garlic and onions.)

All condiments and gravy are separately packed. The gravy is delivered warm but best enjoyed after reheating it to a gentle boil before serving.
