At first glance, its bright and intense golden yellow color recalls the color of ripe wheat.

On the nose, delicate aromas of citrus fruits, barley sugar and dried fruits, with a beautiful balance and great freshness. 

It seduces the palate with its generosity, its roundness and a beautiful intensity. The initial hints of madeleine and brioche soon give way to pastry notes – tarte tatin, lemon meringue tart, bitter orange and subtle spices, which accompany a beautiful, tension-filled finish of candied ginger.
