Abhyanga + Shirodhara

once you arrive adams wood house to experience ayurveda. we will greet you with a cup of herbal tea or black coffee while sipping tea / coffee, we will explain about the treatments which you had booked. after tea / coffee time we will escort you to the treatment room. shirodhara is done on a traditional ayurveda table. it will be combined with abhyanga massage you will get a chance to experience both in one session
