Founded in 1834 on the hill of l'Hermitage, in Tain l'Hermitage, Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné embodies the quintessence of the great wines of the northern Rhône Valley. 

Crozes-Hermitage "Les Jalets" comes from the terraced vineyards of Les Chassis, named after the pebbles deposited by Alpine glaciers, reminiscent of those of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
