2019 C de Calon Segur Saint Estèphe - Bordeaux Red G01

The C de Calon Ségur is the third wine of Château Calon Ségur, which, until the 2018 vintage, was called the Saint Estèphe de Calon Ségur.
This wine, produced like the first and second wines of the château (Marquis de Calon Ségur), displays great finesse, a beautiful balance between fruit and elegant tannins. 

Grape varieties: 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 44% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc

Visually, the wine is a deep red with brick-red highlights, a sign of its maturity.

On the nose, aromas of red fruits, such as raspberry, stand out, along with a refreshing character. 

On the palate, the attack is luscious and fruity, leading to a long and refreshing finish. The final impression is elegant with silky tannins.
