Extending Rully towards the south, the Mercurey vineyard is located on marl-limestone soils resulting from geological formations of the Upper and Middle Jurassic, with a dominance of the latter.

Its spicy, floral and mineral notes make it ideal for pairing with grilled or sauced fish, cooked seafood, Asian cuisine and hard cheeses. White Mercurey is also appreciated as an aperitif.
