On this retreat we explore Cusco, the Sacred Valley, Aguas Calientes and hike Machu Picchu. We experience the rich culture and charm of Cusco, practice yoga in the immaculate studio space of a luxury retreat center in the Sacred Valley, meditate in the seven Chakra gardens, discover ancient ruins, and explore the lost city of Machu Picchu. Both guides have lived in Peru, are fluent in Spanish, have wonderful relationships with local businesses and individuals in Cusco, and are very familiar with the culture and customs. This gives you an extremely authentic experience while in Peru with us—one that cannot be replicated.
