The bark is pure and no additives of any kind are used in the manufacturing process. Directions: Take one capsule with water or as a drink (see below) prior to a main meal. Can be taken three times a day. AS A DRINK Mix the contents of one or two capsules to a smooth paste with cold water and then slowly add boiling water (or milk if preferred), stirring briskly.
