 Located in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan appellation and dating back to 1365, Château  Smith Haut Lafitte  is one of the oldest châteaux in Bordeaux. This magnificent property entered a new era in its history following its purchase by Daniel and Florence Cathiard in 1990. Driven with passion and ambition by the Cathiard couple, Château Smith Haut Laffite has established itself as one of the finest properties in Graves with wines that are world-renowned for their elegance and style, both in red and white.

Blend :  90% Sauvignon blanc, 5%Sémillon, 5% Sauvignon gris.

Dress A beautiful pale yellow color, the dress is adorned with subtle green reflections.

Nose The nose gradually reveals refreshing fragrances of citrus fruits, grapefruit as well as elegant floral notes (white flowers) and spices (star anise). Aeration exhales a beautiful complexity through fruity notes (white peach, nectarine, apricot), floral and flint.

Palate A frank and dynamic attack gives way to a full and creamy mouth. Supported by a beautiful acidity, the palate stretches harmoniously to a long, seductive finish of freshness, minerality and salinity.
