Bologne Rhum Blanc Organic - Guadeloupe S05

This vintage opens a new page in the history of Guadeloupe since it is the first organic agricultural white rum on the island. It is presented in an elegant bottle: on the cane fiber label, the letters, in an elegant green, stand out against the crystalline rum, creating an almost hypnotic impression.

The Bologna distillery has long been engaged in the fight for sustainable development. For example, it practices sustainable agriculture without using herbicides or pesticides.

A new step in this logic, therefore, is obtaining the precious organic label for one of its productions.

Fresh cane, licorice and tropical fruits appear to us gradually, in a long crescendo that culminates with mirabelle plum.
