In a magnificent combe, at the foot of the Roche de Vergisson, this old plot of Chardonnay facing East produces perfectly balanced grapes. A tension, a grain specific to the red soils of the Jurassic. This is what characterizes this great cuvée.

Color:  light yellow with brilliant reflections

The nose:  aromas of citrus fruits, fruits with white flesh (peach) with more buttery and jammy notes

Mouth:  frank attack, the mouth is complex, both greedy and mineral, the end of the mouth is of an impressive length and complexity
