Directions:

-Apply approximately two to three drops to cleansed and toned skin (under the nose or around the temple), gently massage into skin. 
-It can be used anywhere on the body that needs soothing or relieving pain.

-Add 3-5 drops into a warm bath when bathing to soothe your stress and anxiety.
