Private Guided Equine Meditation in Baja California

This is a private experience with a maximum of two people per booking. Experience the art of conscious grooming, breathwork and integrating the concepts of the chakras. As you share this sacred space with the horses, they will help you to regulate your heart allowing you to become more connected to yourself. Learn about equine behavior and the signs that horses tell you when your very presence helps them to feel safe and calms the nervous system. You will be led through the guided mediation allowing you to relax release tension and feel the powerful energy of the horse.
