Sugar Bread Trail

Walk to one of the most beautiful postcards in the world. All the way is traveled by a large area of environmental protection well lush, with local fauna and flora, with appreciation of the birds and other endemic animals of the region. Along the route we will find Mirantes with a breathtaking view of the beaches of the southern zone, the oceanic islands and much of the bay of guanabara. We will climb a historic route conquered in 1817 by the first climbers who climbed the sugar bread. You will find stretches of shores and a small part of climbing that requires no prior experience, and with the help of the Guide you will reach the summit of the Sugar Bread more easily. In this part we will put all safety equipment, such as rope, helmet and arnes, so that the climb is in complete safety. From the peak of the mountain we will descend a little to the hill of the urca, thus making our complete tour. Unavoidable!
