Bright yellow with a golden edge. Incredible expression of sweet spices such as clove along with fresh fruit aromas such as lychee and quince.  The palate is elegant, with high volume in the mouth and a vibrant long lasting finish. Well-integrated oak with elegant structure to enhance the natural acidity and freshness. No malolactic fermentation was done.
