Lysefjord & Scenic Mountain Road Tour The tour begins with pickup from Stavanger Port, heading to Lauvvik, where we board a ferry for a scenic cruise through Lysefjord. Along the way, admire dramatic cliffs, waterfalls, and famous landmarks like Pulpit Rock (Preikestolen) and Kjeragbolten, a boulder wedged between two cliffs. At Lysebotn, a comfortable vehicle awaits to take us up Lyseveien, a mountain road with 27 hairpin bends, leading to Øygardstølen (Eagle’s Nest) for breathtaking fjord views. We continue to Byrkjedalstunet, where we enjoy traditional Norwegian food and explore handcrafted goods in a unique setting built into the mountainside. On our way back, we stop at Sverd i Fjell, a monument symbolizing Norway’s unification, before returning to Stavanger Port, filled with unforgettable memories of Norway’s stunning landscapes and rich history.
