This anaerobic natural processed Caturra from Villa Clara Estate is one of the official beans for the much-hyped Takao International Roasting Competition 2023. In comparison to other special fermentation process, a relatively short 48-hours fermentation results in strong yet elegant winey notes with a tropical twist.
