Everest Gokyo Lake Trek -13 Days

Everest region is already world-renowned with the scenic views of mountains and unique culture. Among the various trails in the region, Everest Trek with Gokyo Ri provides a stunning perspective of the Khumbu region. The trek heads to the beautiful Gokyo Lakes through Sherpa villages like Namche and Machhermo. The trip takes 13 days to complete and starts at Kathmandu. Firstly, you head to Lukla on a flight and start to trek. The trekking trail heads north towards Phakding and enters the Sagarmatha National Park. You head towards Namche Bazaar and continue to Phungi Thanga. The trail deviated from the classic Everest Base Camp trail and continues north all the way to Gokyo village. Then, you spend a day at the village and hike to the top of the Gokyo Ri (5360m). Here, you can relish the views of the mountains like Cho Oyu (8201m), Mt. Everest (8848m), and other peaks in the Mahalangur range. Likewise, you can also explore the Gokyo lakes and Ngozumpa Glacier.
