Tirana's Mini-Everest - Mali i Vrapit Hike and Village Lunch

This hike is unique. We spent many days over the winter of 2024/25 in the Tirana Valleys researching the route. Unlike most Tirana day trips, our hike takes place in Tirana County itself. There is no long transfer! It is just 24km from Mother Teresa Square to the hike start point (we'll allow 40 minutes). You'll be walking through a beautiful area that has zero tourism activity, and is not visited even by Tirana folk. We're very confident that the only people we'll meet are local villagers and shepherds. The scenery is simply incredible. You won't believe you are just a few kilometres from Tirana. This hike is possible to make from early October through till the end of April. In the summer months the temperatures are just too hot for comfortable walking.
