We begin with a nighttime tour of Xochimilco, navigating ancient canals in a trajinera (a traditional flat-bottomed boat) by candlelight and accompanied by music. On an authentic chinampa (floating garden), we share a Day of the Dead-inspired themed dinner, followed by a craft beer tasting led by a specialist and storytelling moments that explore the meaning of altars, offerings, and remembrance.
