Kape Mocha

Our second collaboration coffee and chocolate bar with Auro. A collaboration that's truly made in the Philippines -- Kape Mocha. This latest iteration between Yardstick and Auro is a union of a coffee from Sitio San Roque in Bukidnon and award-winning cacao from Paquibato community in Davao. Expect a nuanced bar with floral nuances, honey sweetness and stone fruit acidity. The meaning behind the name is it does remind us of one of our favorite espresso-based drinks. The coffee from Sitio San Roque gives the bar the creaminess while the cacao from Paquibato gives it the layers of complexity and flavors as you enjoy the chocolate.
